Expectations

  • Perform full range of customer service tasks to support users.
  • Train users on functionality of the Practice Better portal.
  • Deep level of product knowledge and an ability to educate users about how best to implement and use Practice Better Resolve/Manage customer support inquiries via email, phone, video calls
  • Run product demos for new users needing support via webinars
  • Develop support materials and mass communications

This is a highly technical role and will be suitable for those with development and architecture lead backgrounds who can make sound and solid technical decisions. You will work closely with our CEO and Product Manager to enhance our scalable, resilient, and well-designed application. You’ll be programming while also managing, architecting, and developing key pieces of our platform, mentor engineers, and have a huge impact on the product.
