Karen Lau

Karen Lau is the CTO and Design Lead for Furnishr. Graduating with a Computer Science degree from University of Toronto and specialized in Artificial Intelligence, Karen started her career as a programmer and then became a project manager. 5 years ago, she decided to pursue her passion in Interior Design. From designing and furnishing residential projects in Toronto, she along with her co-founder saw an opportunity to address the logistical nightmare that comes with furnishing a home. Furnishr was founded to disrupt the traditional furnishing experience by focusing on logistics to ensure all the furniture for any home is set up in a day.
