Khushboo is the Founder and CEO at BuyProperly and has over 10+ years of experience at Amazon, Deutsche Bank and Accenture. She is a builder at heart and has built and launched two marketplaces within Amazon and has extensive experience leveraging AI for efficiency.

She has lived and worked in the US, UK, Canada, and India. She has an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.

What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
Right now, being a woman in tech feels like trying to win against defending champions on their home turf. My hope is that I am the last generation of women in tech to experience this feeling.

What’s the greatest piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Invest in yourself. I have always followed this rule, and it drove me to pursue an MBA. Every year I aim to learn one new thing that I have not done before. This does not mean reading one new book or trying a new cuisine. This means mastering a new skill or facing a new challenge.
