Dr. Adeola Olubamiji

Dr. Adeola (Addy) Olubamiji is an Industry-4.0-expert. She is currently the Director of Additive Manufacturing Solutions at Desktop Metal. 

In June 2017, Dr. Addy received her PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. She is the Founder of STEMhub Foundation and runs a career consultancy company, D-Tech Centrix Inc.

What are your hopes for the next generation of women in tech?
I hope that the next generation of women in tech will go beyond wanting to be employees. That they will be innovators, inventors, and creators who will birth unicorn companies while solving problems that affect our world.

What’s the greatest piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Our world is changing, do not let your degree, credentials, or experience keep you in a box.
