Ria Lupton

Founder, Canadian Community Builders

About Ria Lupton

Community builders like Ria Lupton are the backbone of Toronto’s growing tech ecosystem. They are the unsung heroes who help drive diversity, teach essential programs and volunteer their time and support to entrepreneurs across the city.

As the founder of Canadian Community Builders, a non-profit focused on connecting and supporting Toronto’s community advocates, she works with emerging entrepreneurs and tech leaders to build inclusive communities. When not overseeing marketing at RIGHTSLEEVE (an award-winning marketing agency) where she works, she’s volunteering with SheWorx Toronto, Inspiring Fifty and helping launch Women Who Code Toronto and Girls in Tech Toronto while also serving on the board of Code for Canada (an agency that connects developers with government agencies to improve public services).

“Know your worth and value your time. Time is your greatest asset, so invest it wisely.”
