About Rose Ghamari

Rose Ghamari is leading DMZ’s Talent Development portfolio, overseeing programs that nurture and build skills within aspiring entrepreneurs, students, ideation-stage startups, industry professionals, and more.

Rose holds an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Professional Master’s Diploma in Aerospace Design Management. She launched her career as a design engineering professional at Bombardier Aerospace, working primarily on the design and engineering of the Dash 8-Q400 turboprop-powered airplane. In 2018, Rose decided to combine her love of engineering with her passion for seeing growth and development, and joined the Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science at Toronto Metropolitan University as the Manager of Student Engagement and Development.

As a motivated and ambitious lifelong learner, Rose has also received her MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management, and is looking for her next growth opportunity.

In her spare time, Rose volunteers at CHATS, a Non-Profit Organization that delivers support for older adults and their caregivers.
